Valenciso, Rioja Reserva 2019Understated and elegant wines from Rioja Alta. Beautifully crafted and far from ostentatious, blending the best of tradition with fine modern practice. Aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, less than 3 years old; one third of which are renewed annually. Savoury aromas alongside lifted, perfumed notes of violet and blackberry. peach and hints of passion fruit alongside lightly honeyed and almond characters
The grapes for this one come from the Casilla Verde family estate about 7km from the sea in Pago Miraflores Baja
