This is not your typical rich and silky Malbec but one that has a little bit more structure and minerality

Brambly black cherry

From the best and oldest vines on the estate

raisins and toasted nuts

they then undergo a 5-7 day cold maceration at 10°C prior to fermentation and a three week cuvaison

with some parcels reaching 120 years old

No irrigation is used on the vineyards and very little crop control is needed due to the age of the vines naturally restricting yield

The soil is Portlandian

Delicate rose-pink in colour with fragrant aromas of wild strawberries

Very supple and easy going

& roast agave
