Likely made by hand in India which has been the a supplier of stone beads to Africa for thousands of years. Agate, jasper and a large long bead which appears to be bleached very old coral. Round bead measures 21mm, disk beads measure 18 21mm diameter and long coral (?) bead measures 44x21mm. Circa 1200 1600 or earlier. Stone Item 566
