Capel Pisco

Capel PiscoPisco Capel is an all natural grape spirit produced in northern Chile. It is a blend of 30% Muscat grapes and 70% Pedro Jimenez and Torontel grapes, then aged in wooden casks for four to six months. It is slowly distilled with the crystal clear water from the high Andes Mountains, resulting in a transparent spirit with a delicate bouquet.

which means that the grapes arrive intact at the winery to be processed in optimal conditions

The bouquet is fresh and complex

and earthy notes

The wine opens with the pretty floral characters of the nose and a rich blackberry edge before progressing to the mocha oak mid-palate and finishing with succulent tannins that continue the experience long after the wine has left your mouth

This wine is bright ruby red in colour

black cherries and mulberries with hints of cassis and forest-floor characters
