1980's Tokai Japan Custom Edition HSS Superstrat (Black)

1980's Tokai Japan Custom Edition HSS Superstrat (Black)Something in between a Fender Stratocaster and a Jackson Dinky, this Tokai Custom Edition is a mid 80's superstrat made in their Hamamatsu factory. Alder body with a maple neck and 21 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3. 3kg's. Good overall vintage condition with basic signs of wear and tear with a few cosmetic dings to be seen, restrung and given a full service prior to listing. Seems all original with the exception of a new 5 way pickup selector.

It's a great guitar that can be used in the studio or on stage from the day you receive it

Seems to be all original apart from new bridge saddles

The Greco SE-800 was a high end model in the catalog and features what looks like a two-piece ash body with a one-piece maple neck

Cherry sunburst finish with a plain top and mahogany back with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard

the truss was adjusted prior to listing along with a restring and fretboard oil

it also features a "Middle Shaper" active circuit activated by a toggle switch
