J.P. Wiser's Deluxe Canadian WhiskyIn the mid 1800s J. P. Wiser set out to create a whisky that pleased the nose, tongue and eye, the result is this bright golden whisky that offers aromas of sweet caramel, dried fruit, and vanilla; the palate is rich with flavours of toasted grain, sweet cornmeal and vanilla followed by a smooth creamy finish.
There's more clove and less pepper on the nose of the reposado than in the plata variant
